The invention provides an ingredient combination with ovarian maintenance function, the core ingredients of which include 30-45 parts of sheep placenta peptide, 5-15 parts of theaflavin TF-3 and 1-5 parts of salmon ribonucleoside and lipoic acid, collagen peptide, tea polyphenol, puerarin, curcumin, vitamin D, vitamin E and zinc chitosan oligosaccharide.
